We abide principle of user first and make our commitments as follows: 1¡¢Service goal: 100% customer satisfaction. 2¡¢Service commitments: one year free maintenance, providing payable service after warranty period and life span maintenance; We shall arrive at your site within 2 hours in the city, 12 hours in the province and 24 hours outside the province. 3¡¢Within warranty period, we will offer a free training for boiler operators and maintenance persons. Our professional engineers will deliver the training regarding trouble shooting and boiler maintenance and organize them to visit boiler manufacturing processes. The qualified trainees will receive certificates issued by Devotion training Center. 4¡¢We will construct a complete archive for each boiler sold out. Visiting-back and timely recording operating status will be conducted by our local service people so as to offer follow-up service. 5¡¢We, if requested, will assign professional technicians to assist our customers free of charge for installation supervision and field technical support so that our products can meet the designed requirements. 6¡¢We, if any, will provide all technical information necessary for designing boiler room, or other technical data requested by the user. 7¡¢Any quality problem shall be solved timely free of charge during warranty period. A yearly maintenance shall be performed to check the potential malfunctions before warranty period, and the potential defected parts will be replaced free of charge. After quality warranty period, we will offer periodic inspection and maintenance for the system within its whole life time, and provide necessary components and parts at a favorable price rate. After quality warranty period, if the user want to purchase spare parts, we will also offer a door-to-door service just when the user simply makes a call to us. 8¡¢We have service centers in major cities across the country, where our services people are responsible for organizing and conducting local after-sales service work.
